Login Troubleshooting: The XTRAC Team do not have acccess to individual users account passwords. You should log on with your regular Wood email/password combination that you use for other Wood services like webmail/PC logon/Intranet/iMap etc. Your Wood Account is managed by Group IT so if you need assistance with a password reset/reminder, please contact the Group IT Help Desk.
